2014 Go Guide – Summer Guide for Youth Activities

Looking for summer activities for children? ISD 709 and the United Way of Greater Duluth are pleased to provide parents and community members with free access to the 2014 Go Guide: Guide To Summer Opportunities for Youth. An electronic copy of the Guide (go green!) is available at www.ISD709.org or www.unitedwayduluth.org. Paper copies of the Go Guide will be available at various community sites or by calling the United Way 211 offices at the Ordean Building, downtown Duluth, 218-726-4770.

News/Congratulations

The Ordean East Middle School Destination Imagination team- Lauren Nyenhuis, Kianna Donnellan, Pearl Elliot and Andrea Plewa competed at Global Finals in Tennessee last week. They took 19th place, out of 80 teams! There were over 16,000 people at the global event. The girls visited with teams from around the US, as well as Qatar and Mexico. Thank you to all that supported their efforts in achieving their goal of Global Finals. We are very proud of their accomplishment!
